  • Will my insurance company pay for my new windshield?

    If your policy includes full coverage with comprehensive protection, your insurance will cover the cost of windshield replacement. Your only expense will be your comprehensive deductible, typically ranging from $0 to $100. Please verify you are checking your comprehensive deductible rather than your collision deductible, as collision deductibles tend to be higher but do not apply to windshield services.

  • Will AAA Glass bill my insurance for me?

    We handle all billing and required paperwork directly with your insurance provider. Our team manages the entire insurance process, eliminating any hassle on your part.

  • Will my insurance rates go up if I get my windshield replaced through my insurance?

    Your insurance premiums will not increase from a windshield replacement claim. This service falls under comprehensive coverage rather than collision coverage. Since windshield damage does not indicate driving performance or affect your risk assessment, it has no impact on your insurance rates.

  • Will you install auto glass that is the same quality as I have in my vehicle right now?

    We install high-quality auto glass manufactured by OEM suppliers, including PGW, Pilkington, Mopar, Carlite, and Guardian, ensuring your replacement glass meets the same standards as your original equipment.

  • How long does it take to replace my windshield?

    Most windshield replacements are completed in approximately one hour. However, you should wait two to three hours before driving your vehicle to allow the urethane seal to cure properly. Curing time depends on temperature, humidity, and the specific urethane used. Your technician will provide a recommended safe drive-away time based on the installation conditions.

  • Can you replace my windshield or auto glass if it's raining?

    All of our auto glass work is performed inside our shop, allowing us to complete repairs and replacements in any weather conditions throughout the year. We also provide vehicle pickup and delivery services for your convenience.

  • If I need a door, back, side, or vent glass replaced other than the windshield, can you do that?

    We provide sales and installation services for all auto glass components, including door glass, vent glass, back glass, and quarter glass. Please contact us directly for additional information or to address any specific questions.

  • Do you perform rock chip repairs?

    We provide rock chip repair services for damaged windshields.

  • Can you replace and repair glass in residential and business windows?

    We offer glass replacement and repair services for both residential and commercial window applications.
